Welcome to "I Work for Jose."
“I Work for Jose” presents vignettes of life experienced by an unassuming country gentleman. Meet Jose, the boss, whom our narrator observes through his business and personal life. We quickly recognize the narrator’s affection for Jose – an influential, well connected, prosperous, yet benevolent employer. In a unassuming manner, the narrator identifies the greater lessons learned within the daily rhythms of life. There exists a deep understanding as they go through life together.
An Education in Humanity.
In the first episode, the narrator establishes primary elements of Jose’s life, his way of thinking, and his impact on others. Unfolding stories are steeped in allegory. Small events create opportunities for deeper understanding of life and the human experience. Subsequent episodes introduce Avon, Clyde, and Lola; people Jose works with and mutually influences. The narrator adds his own perspective to events. For as much as he admires, even reveres Jose, he still does his own thinking.
The Wisdom in His Words.
Each episode expands the storyline – Jose enjoying life and its many pleasures, simultaneously making his world a better place, while striving to maintain balance and equilibrium between the two.
Each episode runs approximately six minutes. Episodes 1-3 feature a background bass guitar. Episodes 4-6 feature a classical guitar. Episodes 7-9 feature a piano.
